Why write a blog you may ask? I was finding after 2.5 years of being in private practice and the clincial world of dietetics I was wanting to talk about my experiences in a written form, rather than through pictures and videos.
I plan to write about my own personal journey with food and my food philosophy (disordered eating/eating disorder and “anti-diet” and “diet culture rebel.”)
I want to share with you REAL nutrition. I find lifestyle blogs, “nutrition and fitness” blogs, foodie blogs, social media, etc. Portray a world that might not seem realistic or they don’t have the knowledge and experience in nutrition.
The direction of this space is to provide you with evidence-based information, proven strategies to help you make the best decisions for food and nutrition and hopefully help you achieve your goals with nutrition.
